Labrador Park / Arts Festival

i felt like a tourist today. visited Labrador park thanks to the geog performance task. went to watch the arts festival with my parents at night, and met yanliang and danielgoh who were using arts fest as their geog performance task. WOW.

speaking of tourism, I'm going away for a trip in china in the 4th week of holidays, because i need to detach myself from the crazily tight schedule i have in school and just spend time with my family. in more blunt terms, i had enough of school, school, school! sometimes, its good to de-institutionalize yourself (if such a word ever exists)

Some random sightings @ Labrador park. great scenery, great facilities, great tunnels, and one freaking big spider. there is even a Resort & Spa situated near the carpark.

alright moving on to the arts festival.

really loved the idea of the rolling wheel that was suspended high in the air.

they also managed to get local volunteers to participate in the performance, and they made some seriously formidable formations.

ahhhh and how can an event be complete without...FIREWORKS!
