singaporean is still reading my blog. incredible. one more post from you and i'll jolly well address you by your name.
he said this: "you reeeeeeally must have very little going on in your life to have to make famous the fact that you got ousted from the arena, among many others." fyi, i was emcee of total defence. the fact that i don't really mention the achievements more than my failures go to show that i don't really indulge myself in successes, rather i look back at my failures and see what i can do better. if you're jealous of me, continue whining on my tagboard. i'll be very happy if you can humour me more and let me be entertained. no personal attacks though! it's going nowhere anyways. remember, i know who YOU are. maybe 20+ ppl know who you are already. so be a good boy and zip your mouth. =) wouldn't be nice if i inform yr FT about it. don't harbor so much hatred for chinese new year is coming. it's bad for your health, and the mind. if you're bored with my blog, visit www.bored.com. u may find some interesting stuff there. ------------ once again, MOVING ON TO MUCH BIGGER THINGS... total defence day commemoration. today was a rather successful day. didn't really recieve many negative feedback, besides the fact that people said i spoke rather slowly (though it was supposed to be solemn haha) and that i addressed paul as MASTER tern (dr chionh told me to address him formally... so not my fault okk... but its alright, since Master Tern is now a lingo within most people now) the worst thing that happened today to me was that I HAD A RUNNING NOSE. and the main reason behind this was that i wore my contacts for my right eye wrongly. so, i was like tearing nonstop during the commemoration and i had to wipe both my tears and mucus/drips with my blazer sleeve, which was utterly disgusting. i had trouble looking at the lights and thought i was suffering from astigmism (the one where u see multiple light reflections --> i don't know how to spell it). perhaps that was why i spoke so cautiously to prevent tears from dripping out of my nose. but overall, i managed to pull it off and the ceremony went rather smoothly. so yay being the 2nd time emceeing an event (previous one being RV concert last year)!! =) i was tearing for the whole day. and my right eye was seeing double. so even as i played tennis during PE, i couldn't hit the spot of the tennis ball and it sucked totally badly. but i still did okay for the assessment lol, considering i could achieve a 6 hit relay. final rehearsals with lower and upper sec. i'd like to salute 1F ' 07 for their dedication and loyalty towards buckley. their unwavering support and commitment has really inspired me and many of the sec 4 buckleyans i believe. it's really so touching to see that they're so full of vibrance and energy, despite knowing that we have had a bad reputation for 3 years. they were willing to stay back till 9, something which i wouldn't do if i were in their shoes 3 years ago. furthermore, they were such a bunch of lively and hilarious buckleyans, who were receptive to what we asked them to do. it all boils down to tomorrow. the day which buckley will prove that they're not just a group of pushovers. we'll do our best and change people's perception towards buckley. tomorrow is the day where WE are the house with the MOST to prove. a humiliation that we have suffered for 3 years have to be erased from tomorrow. nevertheless, wishing all houses the best of luck tomorrow. expecting a great show and a great year ahead. to singaporean: who says i have a loserdom life. take a gun and aim it at your mouth. |
